The Application Fee must accompany the Application Form or the Application will
not be processed. Application and Tuition Deposit Fees are non-refundable.
All Tuition and Fees are payable when due. Tuition payments are due on the first day of classes for each term. The monthly payment plan includes a 7 surcharge. A late
charge of $__.00 per day will be assessed for overdue accounts.
The average tuitional cost per term is $_________.
Until all tuition and fees are paid in full, students will not be matriculated into the
next academic term.
Additional Costs
Books are independently sold to The Great Lakes College of Health Sciences students at ________________ Bookstore, located in ________________________________. Purchases of microscope, books, personal computer, laboratory and clinical supplies, are made as needed for coursework over the duration of the program.
Financial Aid
The Great Lakes College of Health Sciences is making applications for federally
recognized accreditation, and it is reasonable to expect that the College will be granted candidacy status no later than ______________. Once attained, accreditation will allow GLCHS students to pursue guaranteed student loans and various government and private financial assistance programs. Until assistance programs such as GSL’s and grants are available, the College is collecting information about pre-accreditation financial aid resources. Contact the Financial Aid Office for more information.
Some businesses and corporations offer employee tuition reimbursement programs. Eligible students are responsible for initiating these programs.
Scholarships
Refund Policy
Matriculation in GLCHS’s professional program is on a term basis, after initial
acceptance and registration has been completed. Therefore, the following refund policy applies to tuition for each term of the program:
- Cancellation of registration, by certified mail, through the third day of the term
will result in full refund of tuition paid. - Cancellation after the third day through the twenty-eighth day will result in a
refund of point nine (0.9) raised to the power of the days elapsed times the tuition paid. - There is no refund of tuition for cancellation after the twenty-eighth day.
